(1) For non-Bespoke

​

1.  First of all - These goods are returnable. 

2. For any ready-to-ship diamonds/layouts, we ship the goods from SHB, Surat, GJ, India - as we get the full payment​ for the goods.

3.  We give worldwide door-to-door insured shipping to our clients. If the total order is more than 10 carats we bear the shipping & insurance cost, otherwise the shipping charge of 500 USD will be included in the invoice.

4.  After receiving the goods, within 3 days we should be informed if you wish to return the goods. It is the liability of the client to send goods back to us via SHB, Surat customs house. Once we receive the returned goods, after checking the satisfactory condition of the goods we will return the payment.

(2) For Bespoke

​

1.  The Bespoke goods are not returnable as understandably.

2. ​​For Bespoke, we work on payment term of 50% at the time of giving the order and the rest once the goods are ready.

3. We give worldwide door-to-door insured shipping to our clients. If the total order is more than 10 carats we bear the shipping cost, otherwise the shipping charge of 500 USD will be included in the invoice.
